Code of Conduct for Divers English Online Videos and Lessons

Purpose

This Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that all users of Divers English Online Videos and Divers English Lessons engage in a respectful and positive environment. Whether participating in lessons or accessing our video content, we expect all users to act responsibly and courteously.

 

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their behavior during lessons (both in-person and online) and interactions within the Divers English learning platform. All communication should be respectful and professional. Users must refrain from any conduct that could disrupt lessons or make others feel uncomfortable.

 

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited during lessons and while using the Divers English platform:

• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory remarks

• Hate speech, threats, or inflammatory statements

• Posting or sharing sexually explicit or inappropriate content

• Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal content

• Any behavior that disrupts the learning experience for others

 

Enforcement and Consequences

Divers English reserves the right to take corrective action if a user violates this Code of Conduct. This may include:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Temporary suspension from lessons or access to the platform

• Permanent termination of services, with no refund provided

 

Reporting and Complaints

Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior or violations of this Code of Conduct. All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken. Complaints can be submitted via email to: taylor@diversenglish.com

 

Changes to the Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and it is their responsibility to review updates.
