Application Process

 

Welcome to Divers English! Follow the steps below to complete your application.

1. Personal Information
Please fill in the following details:

• First Name (in English alphabet)

• Last Name (in English alphabet)

• Email Address

• Phone Number

 

2. Select Your Class Type
Choose the type of class you would like to enroll in:

• General English Private Class

• General English Online Private Class

• General English Group Class

Group maximum is two people (3 or more if rental class or students home is chosen),

and you must bring your friend or family member.

The school will not assign additional group members.

 

3. Choose Your Lesson Style
Select your preferred lesson style:

• Style A: Book

• Style B: Free Conversation
  You can also choose a combination of (A + B)

 

4. Preferred Location
Select up to three stations where you would like to have your classes, in order of priority.

These stations must have nearby cafes or restaurants:

1. [Station 1] (Highest Priority)

2. [Station 2]

3. [Station 3]

Please Note! If you chose an Online Private Lesson or Classroom Rental (Shin Urayasu), 

please type 'none' under all station names.

 

5. Tell Us About Yourself
Share a bit about yourself and your goals:

• Why do you want to learn English?

• What areas would you like to focus on?

If you selected "Group Class," please provide the name and details of the other member.

 

6. Choose Your Days and Times
Select the days and times that you are available. You can choose more than one option:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Times: 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM

Note: Your first lesson will be a 30-minute trial.

This initial time and day are not permanent; you can change them later if needed.

 

7. Submit Your Application
After completing the form, click the 'Apply Now' button. We will send you a confirmation email with further details.
